TOFU (Terms of Use) for The Contractor´s Thrift Store website
Any use of TCTS (The Contractor´s Thrift Store) constitutes agreement to this TOFU.
TCTS (The Contractor´s Thrift Store) publishes classified ads for Sellers so that Buyers can easily locate construction materials, tools and other equipment, contact Sellers and possibly buy said merchandise from Sellers. For the purpose of this TOFU, a Seller is anyone who places an ad on TCTS and a Buyer is anyone who uses this website to peruse ads.
TCTS is in no way responsible for the quality, usability or safety of any merchandise advertised, this being the sole responsibility of the Seller posting an ad. By using TCTS to post ads and locate Buyers, Sellers agree to pay TCTS whatever advertising fees are due to TCTS and hold TCTS harmless from any legal action brought by a Buyer of Seller´s merchandise. Sellers agree to post only advertising content that does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, service marks or applicable laws. Sellers posting ads agree that TCTS has the right to to refuse or delete at will ads containing content judged inappropriate by TCTS. However, TCTS has no responsibility for ads that are posted and Sellers agree to hold TCTS harmless from any legal action resulting from their ad content. Sellers also agree to use no automated posting software and to enter their ads manually one at a time on the website or via email to TCTS, unless special arrangements have been made with TCTS. Sellers agree only to advertise construction-oriented mercandise and nothing else in their ads except for those ads submitted to TCTS for the Services section of the website.
TCTS is in no way responsible for the quality, usability, safety or suitability of any merchandise purchased by a Buyer. By using TCTS to locate merchandise for sale, Buyers agree not to hold TCTS responsible in any dispute related to merchandise, the purchase or merchandies, or the accuracy of its description in a TCTS ad.
TCTS is in no way responsible for losses or damages incurred by Buyers and/or Sellers in the process of selling, purchasing or using the merchandise advertised on TCTS. TCTS does not handle financial transactions or transfer of merchandise between Buyers and Sellers and is not responsible for performance or lack of performance of financial agreements and merchandise transfer between buyers and sellers.
TCTS is also not responsible for the content of third party websites to which TCTS may link. With the exception of ad content, TCTS website content is copyrighted by TCTS except for links and third party images licensed by TCTS.
If you are dissatisfied with TCTS, your only remedy is to stop using TCTS.
TCTS reserves the right to modify this TOFU at any time and changes become effective immediately upon publishing on the TCTS website.
